Do I need a credit card to get started?

How is Vanta CRM different from HubSpot or Pipedrive?
We picked one tight workflow — outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline — and made it work without configuration. AI-drafted follow-ups and outreach sequences are part of the base price. No "AI add-on" tier, no per-feature upcharges.
Will my emails actually send from my inbox?
Gmail and Google Workspace connect via OAuth so the CRM can read threads and attach them to the right contact. Outbound transactional email currently sends through a Vanta CRM sender on a verified domain; sending outreach directly from the user's Gmail account is on the roadmap.
Can I migrate from HubSpot, Pipedrive, or a spreadsheet?
CSV import is available today, with column mapping that understands HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce exports. Deeper API-based migration tooling is on the integrations roadmap. Most small teams are live in under a day from CSV.
Where is my data stored?
Customer data is stored in Postgres on Supabase in the United States (us-east-1). EU residency is not available today; we'll prioritize it if customer demand warrants.
What happens if I cancel?
CSV export is available for leads, contacts, and pipeline data; full-tenant export is on the roadmap. On cancellation, your tenant enters a 30-day soft-delete grace window during which we can restore the account; after that a cron job hard-deletes the records.
