- One seat per active user on your workspace. Add or remove users any time — we prorate at the end of the billing cycle.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to get started.
- Can I pay annually?
- Default billing is monthly. Annual contracts are available on request with a discount — just reach out.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your workspace stays live until the end of the billing cycle, and you can export all your data to CSV before that. See the trial, cancellation, and refund policy.
- Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?
- Yes — reach out via the contact form with a few details about your team and we’ll get back to you.
